2. Secondly, have a good eye contact, but don’t stare. If there are several people you are talking to, maintain eye contact with everyone. As a result, you will create a better connection and you will also be able to see if they are listening.

3. Keeping too much eye-contact with a few individuals might make the others feel uncomfortable. Keeping no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. If you are not used to keeping eye-contact, it might feel a little hard or scary in the beginning. But keep working on it and you’ll get used to it.
