Global Voice trains E-Sampark employees

Global Voice recently trained more than 100 employees of E-Sampark centres of Chandigarh Administration. E-Sampark centres are the face of Chandigarh Admn and a large number of services are offered to the public by these centres including payment of electricity and water bills, issue of bus passes, senior citizen cards etc. The training program included communication skills, customer orientation, handling various types of customers, positive attitude etc.
